Day 1 - Good Morning London

Friday 24th of February

Arrival in London

Menu on the EuroStar train

11:00 - Arrival at St. Pancras Station

after arriving in London we will go to our accommodation: Wombat's London, 7 Dock Street.

Check in from 14:00, but we can leave our luggage at the reception.

Get comfortable, you will have some time to walk around and getting to know the area.

Lunch

12:30 - Lunch

Wombat's London

We will have some nice real English sandwich platers for lunch at the accommodation.
–

Be on time in the common area to pick your favorite sandwich, because it runs on (op=op).
–

We will go to the next activity at 13:45, so you still have all the time to get acquaintance with the area.

Afternoon program

13:45 - Pottery Painting

Token Studio

We walk from Wombat's to Token Studio around 13:45.
–

The workshop starts at 14:30.
–

Make sure you dress for the weather, we will walk to Token Studio.
–

You can get paint on your hands or maybe clothes.(depands on your painting skills ;)
–

The workshop takes around 1,5 hours.
–

After we walk back to Wombat's and check-in

Evening program

17:10 - Comedy Night

The Comedy Store

We will leave around 17:10 to The Comedy Store.
–

Doors open around 18:00. Show ends around 20:15.
–

Around 18:00 you can order food at the theater restaurant from a select menu to choose from. (please note: we already eat pizza the next day)
–

You are allowed to bring this food and drinks into the theater to eat during the show.
–

NOTE: Swith of your phone during the show, visit toilet only during breaks!
–

Drinks are at own cost!

At the 9th floor there is a space we have access to for our team session.

Lunch

13:00 - Lunch Battle

You will prepare a lunch item with a small group of your teammates, in the shared kitchen of Wombat's
–

You will need to prepare this lunch within a small budget, provided by the organisation committee.

Afternoon Program

15:15 - Escape London

Escape Entertainment

–

We will leave from Wombat's London around 15:15 to Escape Entertainment. It's a 20-30 minute walk.
–

It starts at 16:00 and takes about 1 hour.

Evening Program

19:00 - Dinner @ Pizza Union

20:30 - West End / Piano Night

Day 3 - Get lost in London

Please note: Check out is at 10:00, but we can store our luggage at Wombat's till we leave back to Rotterdam

You can come a bit later if you want, but we have a team reservation in this pub.

After (around 16:00) we will get our stuff and travel to St. Pancras station

17:00 - Return to Rotterdam

St. Pancras Station - London

Be at the train station before 17:00 - as the train leaves at 18 :04 back to Rotterdam / The Netherlands
